I've looked around on posters to go off of and I've fond this:
Cute...
So, Analyzing these pictures, My poster must be quite a bit detailed. Also, if I'm to have the title to my circus, it MUST be on the top-center of the poster, and more likely than not, on some sort of parchment. My first true rough will be on the next post. It's done... mostly... I just gotta do a bit more and scan it... Stay tuned :D

Design: Warren you have some great ideas and visuals when you work things through over a period of time and really try to work and rework things. Why the black background? Black tends to absorb the other colors and flattens the great animal acrobats. Be careful they all seem to be the same size. The clothes are flat and yet the images 3D – you could have put in a little more information and color variety. Not to worry about the mouth being not good - do you ever look at the bad animal talking tv ads – it is very hard to do!. Movement down the page and out….. great idea for the technique but you needed to spend a lot more time on the actual artwork.
ReplyDeleteTechnique. I am very lordatory of you, and trying and create your own type face. It is where you spend most of your time. Based on the cat eye – clever but needs work.. I am very impressed that you thought of overlaying the cat image over the human armature.
Warren I really think you have some great ideas and if you really pushed yourself you could do some excellent work because the way to attack ideas is alternate and creative.
hope to see you in one of my classes in the future
